Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all coaching sessions, camps, clinics, events, memberships, and services provided by Form To Finish Basketball Academy ("the Academy", "we", "our", or "us").
By booking or attending any session, participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
Memberships provide access only to the sessions included within the selected membership package.
Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared with another participant.
The Academy reserves the right to amend membership prices, session schedules, or membership benefits. Members will receive reasonable notice of any significant changes.
3. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email.
Membership fees remain payable during the notice period.
No partial refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
Failure to attend sessions does not constitute cancellation,
The Academy reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately where a participant repeatedly breaches the Code of Conduct or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
4. Payments
Membership fees and session fees must be paid in advance.
If a payment fails or is overdue, the Academy reserves the right to suspend attendance until payment has been received.
Late or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation of future bookings.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Missed sessions
-
Holidays
-
Illness
-
Personal scheduling conflicts
-
Change of mind
Refunds may be considered where the Academy cancels a programme without offering an alternative session or credit.
6. Session Cancellations
If the Academy cancels a session due to coach illness, venue closure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive either:

A replacement session;
-
A class credit; or
-
A refund at the Academy's discretion.
7. Participant Absence
If a participant cannot attend, we appreciate as much notice as possible.
Missed sessions cannot normally be carried over or refunded.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
All participants are expected to:
-
Show respect to coaches, staff, officials, and other players.

Follow all coaching instructions.

Demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Use appropriate language.
-
Respect Academy equipment and facilities.
Bullying, abusive behaviour, discrimination, violence, or repeated disruption may result in immediate removal from sessions without refund.
9. Parent & Spectator Conduct
Parents and spectators must support a positive learning environment.
The Academy will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards coaches, officials, volunteers, or other families.
Persistent unacceptable behaviour may result in the participant's membership being terminated.
10. Health & Medical Information
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before participation.
Participants should only attend if they are medically fit to take part.
The Academy may administer basic first aid where appropriate and contact emergency services if required.
11. Assumption of Risk
Basketball is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury,
Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, the Academy accepts no liability for injuries except where caused by negligence.
12. Photography & Video
The Academy may take photographs or videos during sessions for coaching, promotional, and social media purposes.
Parents or participants who do not wish images to be used must notify the Academy in writing before attending.
13. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
The Academy accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
14. Venue Changes
The Academy reserves the right to change venues, coaches, session times, or schedules where reasonably necessary.
Notice will be provided wherever possible.
15. Extreme Circumstances
The Academy shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, venue closures, industrial action, or other unforeseen events.
16. Data Protection
Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of administering bookings, memberships, safeguarding, and communication.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
17. Code of Safety
Participants must:

Wear suitable sports clothing and appropriate footwear.

Bring sufficient water.

Remove jewellery where possible.
-
Inform coaches immediately if injured during a session.
The Academy reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised.
18. Changes to These Terms
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always apply to future bookings and memberships.
